研究所で育てられる培養肉。従来の培養方法では、動物以来の血清やラットの肝臓細胞を使用して肉を培養していたが、汚染問題や老廃物などの問題が発生した。しかし研究により光合成を行う微生物によりブレークスルーが発生した。
